No that's v.low for your spec, i just managed to get 10064 and my setup is similar w/ a bit better gpu. That score suggests that it ran the whole test wothout touching your GPU...

You don't mention what OS you're using, or what other processes you where running at the same time. When you've updated drivers for the GPU, have you used a driver cleaner program to eliminate leftovers from the old driver? Can you do a fresh install and compare again? Go through ORB and check what others have scored with similar spec.

What CPU are you running? That Mobo is more than capable of a decent overclock, at least to 535mhz FSB with a Dual core CPU and no mods.
