Good prices for most things. Bought my PSU and RAM from there, fast delivery. Would recommend :)

Great for value and service (plus i live 1/2 hour from them so am there all the time) their in-shop help desk is a bit shoddy tho, have had to take stuff back and the 16 year old behind the counter didn't look like he knew what he was doin when testing my psu.

Just had to RMA a graphics card and despite me testing it in 3 different systems with simular results in all, they say nothings wrong with it. Whats really getting my goat though is theres 3 minutes difference between the emails saying card has been booked in and 2nd one saying nothing wrong with it. Rang technical and they said if i wanted to take it further I had to turn up at shop and talk to supervisor. Not a prob for me as I live 20 mins away but what if you live in say... anglesea?

Ended up getting it tested at another pc shop and then having them produce a report for me (at a cost of £25). The Power circuitry was pooched and a dry solder was to fault. After a LONG battle they eventually replaced it with a new one but not after initially offering me a refurbished one. Told them where to stick it.
